1:1 Monthly Run Coaching starts at $139/month, 1:1 Nutrition Coaching at $159/month, and the Thrive Bundle (nutrition + running coaching) at $269/month.

No, with Eat Run Thrive Coaching, you do not have to sign up for a subscription or a long-term contract.
Run coaching is offered on a month-to-month basis. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase a longer-term package at a discounted rate.
Nutrition coaching and the Thrive Bundle require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that period, you may choose to pay month-to-month, or to purchase a longer-term package at a discounted rate.

Through online run coaching, Eat Run Thrive Coaching provides you with a personalized training plan, expert guidance, and ongoing support from a RRCA certified running coach.
Your training is tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, schedule, and experience level. Your running coach will also make adjustments as-needed throughout your training cycle. Learn more about the value of working with a running coach.

After you complete your initial questionnaire and free consultation, your coach will begin designing your personalized run training plan.
Your training plan will be delivered to you via the Final Surge platform. Using Final Surge, your coach will review your training, provide feedback, and answer any questions.
With 1:1 the monthly run coaching plan, you’ll also chat with your coach once per month via Zoom or phone.

Eat Run Thrive Coaching welcomes runners of all levels, from beginners training for their first 5K to more experienced athletes chasing a Boston Marathon qualifying time (and everything in between!).

Yes! Helping runners cross a marathon finish line for the first time is one of ERT’s specialties.
To prepare for your first marathon, 1:1 monthly coaching is recommended, whether you choose a running-only plan or are looking for both running and nutrition support.
Your coach will provide you with a personalized training plan, pacing guidance, race preparation tips, and support throughout your training cycle to help you arrive at the starting line confident and well-prepared.

Run training plans are delivered through Final Surge, an online coaching platform that allows you to view your workouts, track progress, and communicate with your coach.
Final Surge is compatible with most major fitness watches and wearables, including Garmin, COROS, Apple Watch, and Strava.

No. ERT’s running and nutrition coaching services are provided remotely and are available to clients nationwide.
Note: Nutrition coaching services may not be available in all states.

For monthly 1:1 run coaching clients, in-person, one-on-one run coaching sessions are offered in south Charlotte, North Carolina on a limited basis. In-person coaching is available only as an add-on to other run coaching services.
